How can I change the background color on my T610? |

Would anyone be kind enough(if you are from Romania kindness is a new word) to tell me how the hell can I change the background color after selecting a theme?I've read in some review that you can manage to do so by editing various aspects of the theme but I can't find this damn editing shit. So woul anyone please tell me? |

Welcome to esato.
do you mean changing the background. you can do this by going into "my pictures" and selcting a picture as your background or there is a separate section for bacground int he settings menu.
Because the platform sends bogus messages while charging, that is why!!!..But why this change of heart?..We sense a charger connected, oops, we will not shut down after all!!!..*********************** UI BASIC, HOLD YOUR HORSES

I'll de damned if I see that background setting in the setting menu.Hmm can you please show me some pics with that setting or maybe write down the path?My phone doesn't seem to have.

@strigoi: menu-> my pictures & sounds-> Images/Pictures-> browse & select image-> More -> Set as Background. That should do it :)

i dont have a t610 on me at the moment so i am doing this from memory (not very reliable).
i think its something like
settings
display
wallpaper
just have a play with it.

@strigoi: Sorry, I am browsing via WAP at the moment. Of course, I can access that page on my p800's browser, but my network would drill a hole in my pocket with their current GPRS tarriff :D. Maybe others can take a look and help right away. If not, I will look at it when I get to a PC :)

sorry without a T610 its a bit difficult. if no one helps you i will have a look at one tomorrow and do some investigating.
alternatively you could have a go with a theme creator and start making some of your own themes to get the colours you want.

you should use the search on this site. by the way i think i have another solution for you.
under the "pictures and sounds" menu there is a picture editor tool. use this and create a blank picture the colour of your choice. Save it and then set it as your background.

my battery only last for 2 days this because and I can't stop using the phone lot's of photos lot's of conversations and so on. I know almost every bit of it and you can call me maniac but I've even read the manual in search for that setting. I know about the picture editor tried it but the result isn't what I wanted. I think I'll stick to downloading themes.

That setting exists on the T230 with similar interface to T610. I assumed it would be exactly the same. Guess its not there and you were right. My apologies.
