I'm thinking of doing something to the WAP part of the forum. I have some ideas, but I want to hear if you guys have any thoughts about improvements as well. Feel free to post them here. |

Maybe to be able to register, read our pvt messages and edit them through WAP. GOOD LUCK.

I forgot to add: the ability to know where's everyone from and to post a new topic from WAP.

Could you possibly split the Topics into groups where they are suppose to go to? It's difficult trying to find specific posts in all that clutter |

The posibality to search for a topic would be great.
Keep up the good work laffen, you're doing a great job.

I agree with the suggestion of using Groups in a manner similar to the WWW interface rather than the existing "new posts" single view. The WAP interface is excellent and a real differentiator, but having said that, the new posts view is one that I would not want to be without.
Thanks for the effort of creating the WAP interface - would xhtml be an alternative way of presenting the forum.

here are some things I'd like to see (some are already mentioned)
* being able to edit reactions/start new threads
* a search function
* clickable links (using the google wmlproxy for websites)
* display posted images (if they're not > 101x80)
* display user icons (the phones ), if it doesn't take too much space...
just some ideas
btw the forum is already the best |

The wap forum is going great guns. But there is always scope for improvement. Why not consider the idea of allowing us to create a topic via wap. And a big problem posting in wap is that no smileys work that are posted via wap. I'll try some here: :-) :xx :grin: . Plz do something about this laffen. Thx. cheers!!!

What I find the most time-consuming when I wap esato is going back to the list of all the posts. Either you have to press no a million times, or you have to go to forum home and start from the beginning of the list. Wouldn't it be great with a link called \"back to list\", so that you could jump back in one step? I know it can be tricky since the list keeps changeing, but it would be sooo great... As others have said, it would also be good to be able to create new topics, and to see who was the last poster.
