Everything works fine, I can download/upload from phone (k700i) to pc fine but when I try to download camera videos from phone it displays the following error:

could u try to disable your Windows XP Service pack 2 and temp. remove your Norton anti virus first?

I disabled norton while transferring, but it did'nt work still.

As for XP SP2, I dont think the OS is the problem really because, as I said, everything else works perfectly fine except the vidoes. Even videos can be uploaded but cant be downloaded from the phone. So, its not the OS.

Anyone, any idea?

He's using Float's Mobile Agent.

@nimbuz - FMA works well with SP2 and Norton. Are you using the latest version of FMA?
