look in the games,ringtones,themes forum for a thread called something like "i know youre gonna find this funny"
towards the end of the thread a poster links to his yahoo(?) site, its on there i think its called "the annoying sound"
if you cant find it shout and ill give more precsise instructions!
btw what phone do you have? because it needs to play mp3s as ringtones.
edit: ive just been to look for it coz the site had a couple of other files i wanted but the post seems to have gone! i checked other forums in case i saw it in another thread, but its vanished! help anyone?

agree with BOOYAR, it really does get on your nerves, especially when every advert on music channels advertises it for download.
