Hi! Has anyone of you tried using Concord wireless digital cam with your T68? Yes, the camera that comes with Nokia 9210 which is available separately. I tried this using the "Send with attachment" function of T68 email client and the camera was detected by the phone. The phone went thru the normal sequence: connecting, verifying, server connected, sending mail and then Failed error message was displayed after about 12 minutes of "sending mail".

When sending email using T68, you will be given options to: Send mail, or Send Mail with Attachment, etc. If you choose the second option, you will be prompted to "start sending from the camera" and the IR port of T68 will be activated. If you direct any other devices with activated send via IR functions like celfones (I tried nokia) or PC IRda, the T68 will not response. But if you use the Concord cam, the T68 will respond and start sending the mail.

I am aware that Ericsson came out with MCA 10 communicam but I think having Concord cam is more advantageous for the following reasons:
1. More versatile (with flash) and can be used alone.
2. Cheaper.
3. Image directly transferable and viewable using PC
4. Higher resolution.
5. Unlimited capacity with card expansion

The only thing left is to make it work with T68. I think the MMS upgrade will be very much suitable for this and would allow direct image viewing thru the T68.

I don't have my T68 right now and the high call charges here in our country prevented me from continuing work on this. If anyone would try or has tried this, kindly post your results here.
