Phew, don't worry I managed to get it out.
I used a large axe and gave it a massive whack which dislodged it.
It it not now working properly though for outgoing calls. Or incoming ones. Or data or any application for that matter. What do you think is the problem?

You could try sticking it where the sun don't shine. Your body temp may help it, but this is not a guaranteed method.
