Well for every one wondering how to make their own light attachment here it is laid out for you

first you will need the following components
1. bathroom tape (what plumbers use to wrap faucets)
2. end of a fake second hand charger (cheap)
3. Blue LED (electrical store)
4. connector parts (pics below)



for the parts labeled no. 4 they were removed from a connector as in the pic below to attain those 4 screw adn two brass rods follow the directions in the next two pics



once you un screw the screws , use a flat screw driver to pull them out, then remove the brass rods by doin as instructed in the next pic



now that you have all the things you need lets get started
step 1 first then step 2 as labeled



everything clear till now?







ok now to make it look nicer



and connect it!

its for fun............ people have been wanting to get one for a long time..... i was jsut free... its summer and i have a flight in a few days so i was bored and decided to help my esato friends out

What sort of light <voltage, name etc> does it use? Can you buy them from maplin?

it is a basic blue led 3volts or you can get a 12 volt wht a transistor but its too big

Hey vsnake you just beat me to it. I was planning to make one, I actually have this cheap T28 car charger already (salvage the connector).

You can skip that screw-in connector thing and just solder it, much more reliable. Then encase the whole thing in epoxy but I"m not sure how it'll shape nicely...
