I have bought a Ericsson T610 which is locked to Vodafone and I wish to unlock it to use an Orange P-A-Y-G sim card. In simple terms how do I do this and do I need to buy any cables to connect the phone to my PC to do it? Cheers, Rob

If Vodaphone wont give you the unlock code, the only way you can do it is to buy a Terminator Dongle and use something like DIV to rebuild the OTP using the IMEI. Im in the US so I dont know much about Vodaphone's policy, but T-Mobile hands out SIM unlock codes if your account meets certain basic conditions.
