ok heres the deal,
I CANT MAKE SMOOTHIES FOR SH*T
and i need help.
so anybody that has any special recipes and such plz post them here so i can stop wasting all my fruit 
thanks in advance
BTW at the moment i have bananas, mixed frozen berries, apples, mangoes, no yohgurt, and milk. any help would be appreciated

I know its not much help, but id just throw one bannana into a blender with some milk, ice cream and maybe sugar.
But if you're interested in a good smoothie head on down to New Zealand Natural. Get a large mango smoothie and enjoy it for me. Most westfield malls have them... I know innaloo and Karynup should.

yeah they make well nice ones aye. too bad theres none around midland where i live.
innaloo and karynup are a bit further up north from me
