Helo, its a basic question. Ive used image editor n also a third party one. But d problem is, when u transfer these wallpapers to d fone it loses clarity. But i hv seen d same images as walpapers in sm sites whch luk briliant on fones. Which is d best way ? Using image editor or resizing ur desired image to d desired walpaper size specs wid d help of photoshop or acdsee.
