I think this has something to do with the Mobile Phone Monitor (mpm) application, which cant find my phone. Any settings you can recommend? The adapter is currently set to: 115,200, 8-N-1, Hardware control. And am using W2K. Have already tried lowering the maximum rate, but i saw no effects.
