i just tried to flash my k500i and now it wont turn on, the flash did not work but the phone dont turn on |

Have u ever done it before? Bring it to a service and let+ them to fix it

It sounds as if it began flashing, but didn't finish. What you'll need to do is flash it again properly and it should be okay after that. |

to upgrade the firmware version to a unbranded one. i need help so please. i will upload an image of the error i get. |

| same here, but as it only like a month old i will take it back to the 02 shop and have them sort it out, ust tell them it woudnt switch on this morning and the batter was ful. |

A real expert with equipments will recognize u wanted to flash it.

I would go to your service providers site and try and flash with it's firware even if it means it will still be branded. It may sort out whatevers happening....at least that would be the first thing I'd try.

I have had a look around the o2 site and can't find any links ? Maybe as a customer you can log in or register which may take you to the support download section ?

i dont think it is possible to get downloads from o2's web site, does anybody have a clean r2l i can try?? personally i think the problem is in the cable as it keeps giving me connection errors etc, am going to go to the o2 shop where i brought it from tomorro and tell them it went all white and didnt turn on again. |

Your using a cable is that ok to do the update with ? Don't know about the K500 but when I updated my K700 firmware I had to use my mates p900 sync station.
