I have my V800 for 10 days and last night I saw the first error. I was trying to send an SMS and in the message when I pressed the keys 7,1,2 in order to type a word, the phone simply restarted! I switched it off and on again for several times but nothing! Still the same problem! The weird thing is that the restart happens only in the SMS typing. I tried to dial a number containing these numbers, but then there is no problem!

Is anyone facing the same problem?
Any suggestions?

Try reflashing your firmware might solve the problem

I already tried the exchange, but the company's policy is different here. You can exchange the phone in less than three days after you bought it. I sent the phone for new f/w though. I had F1D i think. Which is the latest version for V800? F1F?
