We recentley did a trade deal and agreed that we would both mail out at the same time with via express post with tracking. But after a few email/conversation exchanges we agreed to go through.

So he sent me a fedex number which was supposed to work, but ended up being a dodgy fake one that he jsut made up. I even tried verifying on fedex tracking and phoned them up and they also told me that there was no such number.

I doubt he even has any of the phones his selling/trading he wouldn't even send me pics of them he said that he couldn't as he didn't have a digicam so i believed him, my biggest regret.
Now i've sent my phone off, is there anyway i can stop the transaction of the phone or even stop it once it arrives in the country and send it off. I've contact them and they said they will try there best but what is there best?!?

Has anyone had any previous dealings with him, his now not responding to pm or any form of communication.

I might have to go down there at get my phone back!

i cant suggest anything to help you now, sorry but for the future there is a register of trusted sellers here on esato, i think if anyone was to do a deal that they should check in here first.
im not saying that anyone with a low post count cant be trusted (just like someone with a high post count cant be trusted) but at least this helps when making a desicion.
i never heard of this guy who ripped you off, whats his post count and join date?
there is a "rogue traders" thread somewhere too, it might be worth putting his name in there to warn others. [addsig]

guys, beware on a seller using 09175324426. He uses different usernames but same contact number. He's the same FiNN in this old thread... http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=33771#post465509

This is the main reason why members abroad dont want to transact with Filipinos. tsk tsk. shame on you.

milay, you're the guy who wanted to trade with my S700i right? but transaction didnt push thru when i declined to ship my phone to you first. tsk tsk if you only agreed with my terms.... why dont you post his real name and complete shipping address? Maybe someone can help you on this...
