when i press the yes button, sometimes it clicks but doesnt do anything. when i press no as soon as i hear the click, it does something.
with the yes button, i have to press it a bit harder, is this a design feature or just broken??

No it's broke. I've had exactly the same problems with a couple of T68m's only with different buttons. They didn't have that definite click feeling like they should have although when pressed hard they did still work. I would take it back and get it replaced from where you bought it as all the buttons should have thet 'click' when you press them!

Good luck,

If its new they should replace it on the spot! (ie. only a few weeks old) vodafone replaced mine there and then! Take your reciept and the box etc and tell them that the button isnt working properly and ark for a new one, should be no problem as long as you have your receipt! If its older then they may send it away under warranty. Ed
