All of a sudden, I can't go to any site (ie. yahoo, esato...etc) with Opera. I un-installed and re-installed already, and the upper right just says 'connected' and it's not returning the page. After a few minutes, it says 'www.yahoo.com could not be connected to the remote server'.

Secondly, when I use BT, it dails and shows connected yet the yahoo page is blank.

I have not changed the internet GPRS setting and the default browser on P900 seems to be working fine.

Someone mentioned in the P900/P910 area that T-mobile may have disabled port 80. Would someone with T-Mobile in California verify for me if you experience the same with Opera.

Any input would be appreciated.

Yes, T-Mobile has disabled port 80 (and verisou other ports) for T-Zones customers. To gain access to port 80 you'll need to subscribe to Unlimited GPRS or a VPN account.

This has been in the plans for a while, but they finally did it. Those bastards!

ok i tried to get Unlimited internet (no use explaining what is GPRS to customer service) for 29.99 and the moron on the other side told me that i cannot do that since i dont have SideKick and only their mighty SideKick have enough power to download such big data.

Ok, next think they will tell me is that i cannot use Adobe Illustrator on my DualG5 powerMac, i guess only SideKick can do that one too.

well, i just hang up, he repetedly refused to add Unlimited internet to my account since they dont support P910 but i can get aol messanger with nokia 3390.

So what happened, since when we customers are more educated and know more then people who are supposed to help us and are paid for that. I will send bill to t-mobile for every minute i spent on the phone educating their idiots about GSM.

P800, on T-mobile USA

im from southern california, still on "free wap access",using a p910i, and im still able to browse. though i never had problems browsing, some people reported being able to access everything "again" . some of them are using free wap access, some are the $2.99 grandfathered tzones (with 30 picture messages), some are the $9.99 unlimited tzones pro, and the rest are the $4.99 unlimited tzones subscribers.
