Unlocking help needed urgent. |

hey i have a k500i on 02 which is locked to o2, i got the t28 service cable and total multi server with a credit, i cant get it to unlock tho, i connect the cable and the phone turns on then when i click on unlock it says press the power button shortly and stays there. i have tried ticking those 2 boxes for the datacable but still nothing please help me. |

did you switch off the phone before flashing?

yes i did but when i put the cable in the phone switchs on by it self and the multiserver thingy just stays on "press on phone shortly" and thats it. Sombody should be able to help me, i have tried by ticking them boxs and still nothing. |
