mightyred75 Joined: Dec 06, 2004 Posts: 3 PM	Posted: 2004-12-09 14:10 Have been a SE owner for couple of years now and get annoyed everytime I want a new ringtone and wallpaper cos so many websites charge an arm and leg. So I am going to start up my own website, only trouble I don't know where to start. I have got some web space but don't know how to build my website or anything. I need help.

I had www.snigelpost.org running for a year and a half and sure it was a lot of fun, but also a high percentage of snivellers asking "why don�t you have the new Britney Spears-tune yet? And then you have the leecher crowd that 'wget' your entire site, generating enough traffic that you get your ISP�s attention in the process.
