Battery is fair for the capacity, plays mp3 superbly, decent earphones with it. It was originally an o2 contract phone so unlocked anyway. Its on firmware 56.

Yes comes with charger, 32mb mmc, earphones and pc synch station with rs232 cable. Just not got box, instruction cool or data suite software.
