hey. i'm just wandering if this item would be ok for the k700. its a skin type case that protects from dust apparently.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBay[....]ory=68021&item=6345347814&rd=1
seeing that its only under 2£ i feel so tempted to buy it, howvere, its only a picture and i shown the link to other people who say that they wouldnt buy it cos it glares the screen.
would you buy it? i mean there are loads of the same case on the ebay site.....and i have been opening the k700 housing like 3 times tryna clean the dust and stuff that gets iinside.
please reply
best wishes...

For £2 I'd buy it. If it's crap then resell it on Ebay
I use an original skin on my iPod mini and it seems to work really well, offers some shock protection too as it's quite a thick silicone material.

If your gut's telling you to buy it then go for it...for that price it's worth taking a chance and even if it ends up in a cupboard I'm sure there will come a time when it will come in useful !
Considered a body glove ? |

My K700 sits in a body glove, very nice indeed. You have to take the phone out to answer it though. At least you get to see the phone as it's meant to be seen though.

@marksurry
Why do you have to take the phone out of the body glove ? Is it a sound issue ?
Do you have the clip on the back of it or have you taken it off ?
Am considering getting one for my K700. |

I bought a 'body glove' today and have made and received calls without taking the glove off...to be honest the fit is that snug they would've hung up before i managed to get the phone out of it !
here's a picture of it.....

Some phone skins do glare the screen causing them to have these rainbow patterns when the background light is turned on. Well that's what I've experienced.

Glad you guys like it, i do
It's comfortable in the hand and after a while you forget it's actually on the phone. The only gripe (minor) i have is that the transparant screen cover bubbles on the screen sometimes.
I have also had to put a little masking tape behind the popper (back of the phone above r/h side of camera lense) to prevent any marking.
Other than that, if your going to use a cover then this imho is one of the best looking i have seen for the k700.
Edit: just found another picture i took from another angle.
