i found this letter in recent copy of fhm
At about two minutes to six my girlfriend (BSc, MA) was about to use her mobile. Noticing that the clock was an hour fast, I proceeded to adjust it. "don't change it", she exhorted, smug with her cunning, "i get off-peak rate after seven! "
