I am currently researching a history of Esato. This is an extremely large and complex task and as such I am looking for some volunteers to help me. Please only volunteer if you are genuinely interested in helping, as this will probably require a lot of time and effort some, of which will be very tedious indeed.

I will be shortly sending out questionnaires to several members, I would very much appreciate it if those who receive questionnaires would complete and return them to me as best and as soon as they can.

Anyone who has any comments regarding this project, please either post them in this thread or pm me.

I have created a seperate thread for the posting of member's favourite Esato memories here. If anyone has any other memories or anecdotes, which they don't feel fill into that thread then please feel free to post them in this thread.

This is an official project with the knowledge and support of laffen.

What are u hoping to achieve?
Kind of like a documentary history of what has transpired here in the life of Esato?

@wapchimp

Those could prove very useful, could you pm them to me please?

@Mik

The idea is to present a full account of Esato's history, from the time before Esato became www.esato.com until the present day. There will be three distinct parts to this history; a factual account of the events in Esato's history; a Tolkien-like myth for a spot of fun and a geneaology of Esato members and their proteges and mentors, allies and enemies.

@kim

The history will be as objective as possible.

@plasmadog

There will be both a timeline and a written account of Esato's history. I will also be including a 'geneaology' of Esato members i.e. who members felt were their allies, enemies, proteges, mentors, etc.

If anyone has any Esato memories they would like to share please post them in the 'Memory Lane' thread.

That is very much up to the members to decide.
