Hi all! I had my T226 since May of this year. I never had a problem until now. It randomly freezes and when I try to access my pictures, it loads then shuts down. I freed up memory but no luck. Also the start up time is way too long now. Is it my phone or the firmware? Any suggestions? Thanks

A firmware upgrade should fix that. Did you try doing a master reset?

Only if you do the " reset all" option. Try doing the "reset settings" option.

You would have to go to the service center to get it done.
