Hi,
I just got a new communicam from my dad yesterday and i wanted to know what the newest firmware is ? mine is R1A. Is this the newest ?

Epedemic had an older if Im not wrong!

i dont have the cam but i can tell u it is non flashable..

how can you tell ? the Mca-a0 is flashable! zo why shoudn't be the MCA-20 ?

Oh well I'm sorry, I had never heard of the MCA-a0, that must be a new one that's only in the Netherlands....
The MCA-20 is not flashable....

\"hardware\" is by definition not \"flashable\". Thats why it's called hardware and not firmware ;-)

If you press *#*# you ger the camera software, so i think that can be upgraded to a new software with better compression and picture quality. So my camera software iw R1B CXC125233. If you see at the base of camera says KRY 105 014 R2A (mine). I dont know what is the difference.
I asked a service point and never heard of any camera upgrade. Please keep posting if you have something new |
