How do you install this theme? Do I unrar it or do I change the extention to .thm?

Oh wait! Now I just realised why no one replies to this theme. I'm soooo sorry about the posting. Should have explained that you have to right click, save target/link as and change the file extension to .thm.
I forgot to modify my server extensions.
