It's not gonna help you much but I found 3 of the four which only one seems to be completed: Kila.
Download "Rouge"
Download Dor
Download Kila
Are you sure the first one is Blues ???

Yes it does. Mine did anyway. And perhaps one more too  But I have deleted most of them as they don't interest me.
The themes with the flying balls....... I suspect they won't work properly on Z1010? Is the animation even there?

That's a bit peculiar, I would have thought the Vodafone branded Z1010 woiuld also have a vodafone Live! button? 
The 'more' option does not exist on Voda branded phones as far as I know.
