Hei people i'm one of you who is waiting for the best mobile which has ever been made but since the P800 is touch screen i'm getting little confused i never used a touch screen mobile before so can anyone please tell me how are wi going to be able to write sms with P800??
i'm sure some of you have used a touch screen mobile before is it easier to write sms with touch screen or diffucult i really wonder..

probably the same way as for example with R380s, Ericsson's communicator with touchscreen.... either you write a sms the ordinary way. or by having the flip opened and an onscreen keyboard (or by drawing the characters directly on the screen)...

The phone comes with a detachable keypad to put on top of the touch screen, which I guess makes it easier to write SMS and email and such

As i recall from cebit they said that it has a charecter recognition system, so you draw the word on screen and the phone will change it into text

hey thanks a lot for the pictures YOU ARE SO NICE guys but do you think it is easy to use finger instead of the pen as you know we are used to write sms with 1 hand
is that gonna be possible with the P800 or do we have to use both hands??

if you have small fingers it might work but then... you don't wanna get the screen dirty with a lot of fingerprints...

doesnt it have a scribble pad aswell, so you can kinda write the message using your own handwriting?
