No memory stick!
K500 and F500 have 12MB memory.
You may want to consider the K700 with 41MB

well actually yes 2 of them: one is RSMMC slot and the other MS Duo Pro slot... but only if you have special battery that instead of one cell (about 100mah) has these 2 sluts. but battery life sucks on those models, NOT...

I suspected F500 may have less but I wasn't certain.
F500, K500, K700, Z500, J200, NONE of these have Memory Stick.
Z1010, V800, S700, P800, P900, P910 are the model which DO have Memory Stick.
