I found this company while trying to do the same thing, in the end I didn't use them as I'm not London based although various reports suggest there ok.

The cost is £25 if done instore. Or £5 extra to return the package to you. Turnaround is 15 minutes instore or 1 day by post.

A while ago I had a similar problem trying to unlocka p900 locked to Orange. Everywhere I tried told me it was 'too new' This was in Great Yarmouth though.

Whilst visiting family in Leicester, I met a very nice man on the city market who unlocked the phone in three minutes for twenty pounds. Chuffed I was.

Try asking around the markets, I'm sure there is plenty of shady blokes with laptops who can do it for you.
Incidentally... don't eat the yellow spotted mushrooms...
