Compared to its main rivals -the SE k700i and the Nokia 6230, is the Motorola e398 good? Is the camera picture quality as good as the k700i's ? I know no video recording, but they say the k700i gives grainy images in the dark. How is the e398 at night ?

CMOS camera's, hey, any camera cannot take pics very well in the dark, because you need light to take a picture! So either you take pics with sufficient light, or have somekind of flash that equals the flash on real camera's.

The Nokia 6230 gives better night images compared to the k700i which gives grainy images.....is that a camera problem or software version prob ? |

Its not a camera problem, Nokia gives u images which are very artificial and the k700i gives u images which are more natural. Ya i guess it depends on camera optics and software

I'm surprised....Dont know if it was because of the display , but I found pics on the e398 to be better than the k700i's . |
