I'm coming up to having almost done my 12 months sentence!, and i need to turn it into a PaYG because i cant afford to commit to a monthly fee when it comes to talking being a student. I couldnt find any address anywhere or any email address that i could send a letter to in order to get this done. anyone know where i sned it to. Thanks |

not sure about addresses but if you dial 191 on your handset (or 08700 700 191) and then option 3 option 3 (I just happened to hear that option on the vodafone menu yesterday)

Go into the nearest Vodaphone shop. Your nearest one is in the Potteries shopping centre, Hanley, S-O-T although you should know this already mate as its less than half an hours drive from your house. If they can't help then phone voda customer services from your moby. They should give you the info you need.
Edit:
Got this from Vodaphones site which is located HERE

best thing to do is dial 191 from your handset, and tell someone once your contract is up, you dont want it extended.
