Just got my bill from Vodafone and there are 21 MMS-video messages which used up my freebiz and then started charging me £0.51 per MMS there after. All of these message are the same one that the phone just tried to send every 10 mins, but I know that none of them made it to the person I was sending it to as I had to bluetooth the vid to him later.

Is this normal? Surely Vodafone can't charge me for stuff that never got sent!!!! Is it worth me phoning customer services? will they do anything?

And is there any way of stopping the phone (a K700) from trying to send MMS every 10mins? If it don't work the first time then surely it won't work the next 20, the phone should know this

Phone your vodafone service provider (number on your bill) and explain to them that the videos were never delivered so they didnt complete their part of the sending and get them to credit you for the messages. You shouldnt have to pay for something that didnt complete.
