UNLOCKED, really is like brand new. There is a very small nick on the lower left corner of the housing, next to the flips hinge, not a mark anywhere else, the screen and everything look great. Be sure to check my feedback and the photo. Was an import from Hong Kong with all English manuals and US power supply. Comes with original battery works great but will be a year old soon. Has a 128MB MS Duo and the 32MB card that came with it. Has the complete box and all the stuff that came with it in new condition. The strap, headphones, second stylus and flip-off cover have never been used/opened. Let me know if you have any questions. $400 or so...
