Problems with yahoo wap site? |

Most of the time i try to access wap.yahoo.com or www.yahoo.com using my phone, the site simply doesnt display. Even if i got through that far i cant log in. Is this a common problem?

I'm have problems with the yahoo wap site all so can you please tell me the site that your useing because the site i'm useing is
wap.oa.yahoo.com and wap.yahoo.com so can you tell me please ?

wap.yahoo.com works fine on my p8. thanks for drawing my attention to it, looks like a good site!
could your problems be network related i.e. they blocked the site because they offer games and ringtones etc?

I usualy use www.yahoo.com and when it works it detects the phone and displays the xml page. But most of the time i cant get to the site. Before i used yahoo.co.uk and it worked fine, but they changed the site as uk.wap.yahoo.com and now it doesnt work as well! I use samsung x100, it can access lot of sites without a problem, exept this!

do they have a technical department or someone you could email? it could be when they re-designed the site it doesnt recognise your phone anymore.
try the same sim in a nokia or se phone just to be sure wether or not its network related.

i still say next time your at a pc have a look for an email address where you can ask them, see if they have a clue.

hi guys hope you can help.... I just got a free upgrade from O2 for my samsung x600 - got a samsung D500 - movies, bluetooth, lots of great 'smartphone' features -its no wonder PDAs are dying... 
(BTW mods.. how do I reference my post????)
but...
does anyone know a *cheap* way to get my hundreds of pics and sms transferred to my new phone?? of course, only infrared, or web, and *no* help from O2...
I have already tried with a freinds Tmobile sim (they have a pic share service), but it wont allow it  :( - it does not say 'bad sim' but 'blocked - enter password' and nothing works, not even his password!!!
I dont want to try any more, otherwise both our phones may be blocked... 
I have found that it seems O2 lock the phone so only an O2 sim can be used..
I have quite a lot of *lawyer/legal* stuff I want to transfer..
