I have a new T68 phone. My problem is that i can't send outgoing messages. Everything seems to be in order. I'm a globe subscriber, i can make outgoing calls, receive msgs, but everytime i send one, message sending failure! When i transfer my sim to another phone, it works fine. I checked the service centre settings, ok naman. What's wrong? Could it be the unit? Or do i have to check another setting?! I'm getting frustrated! | |

You may have configured your SMS to be sent via GPRS. This no longer works on Globe (never on Smart). |

Although on a different network, I used to have this problem. I think you need to get a SIM update, ring your service provider and ask for one. They will then send you a non readable text message that updates your SIM.
I could send texts in other phones but not my T68, rang up for a SIM update and when i received it everything worked fine. | |
