FATS, Inc. announces the delivery of the first BluefireTM Glock 17 weapon simulators to law enforcement and military organizations.
FATS Bluefire weapon simulators utilize Bluetooth wireless technology to incorporate features previously only available on tethered weapons. A Bluefire Chemical Spray and Taser have already been released. FATS is currently developing the SRS, M4, Beretta M9, SigP226 and Walter P99QA simulator for its Bluefire product line of weapon simulators.

Since there is no cord attached, the Bluefire Glock 17 improves training value by allowing realistic freedom of movement and magazine reloading. The number of rounds in the magazine of the Bluefire Glock 17 replicates the number of rounds in the real weapon. The simulator must also be reloaded with a new magazine each time the magazine is emptied.
