S700i bluetooth problem and now it has frozen! help plz |

with my old t610 i could turn the power off when it froze but what to do now? just take out the battery?
also i can't transfer things to my phone! i got a small clip about 270kb but when i try mp3's of a few mb it just cancels after 20 seconds!
now when ever i try and send anything to my PC the phone locks up! what the hell is going on?

There certainly seems to be something wrong with your Bluetooth. I would recommend that you perform a master reset and then try using transfering some files to your S700 again. Where are you transfering the files from?
If the Bluetooth does cause your handset to freeze then the only option open to you is to remove the battery.
You might want to consider taking your S700 to a service centre and have them take a look at it, as it will still be under warranty.

i am getting it relpaced on tuesday. hopefully that will sort it. do u think it could be anything to do with the BT softwear on my pc? i have never tried to transfer things this large before. It worked perfectly with my T610. |

i just uninstalled-reinstalled my brainbox bl-554 USB adaptor and that same thing happened! i could send things from S7001 to my T610 but when i sent it to my PC it froze again. but i can send smaller things from PC to S700i. maybe i need a newer bluetooth device can some1 recomend i device for me?

I got mine from ebay for 15 GBP. You could do a search on their for a user called bluetech.
