Having read lots of anti Vodaphone threads recently, it got me thinking which network do you use and why ?
I'm on Orange because I get a great reception at home and at work. Most of my friends are on it, and I think their adverts are the best |

I use o2 online in my phone for regular browsing...o2 is a poor and unreliable network, but it offers free wap/sms.for my contact phone,i use virgin.the reception is excellent, reasonable tariff, and the customer service quality is second to none.

I have used Vodafone for years and found the service very good. I always make sure that I get unbranded phones though as the branding on vodafone is horrible. I have just moved to O2 though as they have better data tariffs than vodafone.

i think that orange is the best in the UK.
vodaphone is the biggest company, i don't like them, cause they want exclusive stuff. like V800 only for them.
no mp-3 on there K700i version. thats just absurd!

I was on O2 for about 3 years then decided to move to Orange. After managing our Orange company phones for a while I thought that the customer service was excellent.
This was really my prime reason...plus I wanted to get the K700 cheaply and they had some good deals at the time that O2 just couldn't match. |

Ive been with vodafone from the beginning. Their service is usually terrific, just make sure you get an unbranded phone! Ive got a contract with 3 too, dire service, reception, branding. i dont like 3. Good handset though.

in eight years i been with
O2/btcellnet(contract/paygo)
one2one(contract/paygo)
virgin(paygo)
orange(paygo)
atm i use an original genie sim in my p8 for the free gprs. my main phone is an nec313 on 3.(it aint gonna last much longer, crap phone but the service aint bad.)
i dont know why people complain about O2 the service i recieved has been exceptional. when i rung to order my first genie sim she told me not to order over the phone because the were doing a promo on the net and giving them away free. i told her i had no internet so she told me she would go on and order one for me. 2 weeks later it arrived.

I have been with O2 for about 5 years now cause they alway gave me the best deals for the way i use my phone. However i think their customer service has got terrible in the last 6 months as each question i ask via email they dont seem to be reading the question correctly and giving me answers i already know. After several emails i usually get the right answer. Anyone know where there email staff are based cause they never seem to have western names?!

i havent had proper internet for a couple of years now but i seem to remember that the emails were automated. it just used to look for keywords in the mail you sent and sent "appropriate" responses. it never did work properly.

I use Glo, the only GPRS enabled network in Nigeria on my p800 for the internet access. They've also got the best quality of service and are a very consumer-centric network.
I use MTN on my backup phone. I dont necessarily apreciate their quality of service or attitude to the consumer, but they do have d widest coverage up till now, and I can at least dial in to access office mail via CSD should I have a problem with Glo's GPRS service.
