Hi,

I've just bought a DSS-25 Desk Sync Station; connected it; installed the drivers; plugged the phone; green light's on.

Phone does not show any signs of it being charged.

The DSS-25 insert of the box says at the back: "DSS-25 provides convenient charging and a USB connection for easy communication between your phone and PC.".

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Daniel

Your description of what you have done does not contain the crucial point:

Connect the charger to the DSS-25.

There is a connector for the charger plug on the underside.

It doesn't charge from the USB cable....you most likely need to plug your power cable into the other socket underneath the station...??

No probs.....I think you can actually purchase a USB charger if you wanted to go completely USB.
