Hi,
I've just bought a DSS-25 Desk Sync Station; connected it; installed the drivers; plugged the phone; green light's on.
Phone does not show any signs of it being charged.
The DSS-25 insert of the box says at the back: "DSS-25 provides convenient charging and a USB connection for easy communication between your phone and PC.".
Any ideas?

Your description of what you have done does not contain the crucial point:
Connect the charger to the DSS-25.
There is a connector for the charger plug on the underside.

It doesn't charge from the USB cable....you most likely need to plug your power cable into the other socket underneath the station...?? |

welcome... maybe a stupid question, but did you plug SE chrarger in DSS Sync Station?

OMG!!! I'm such a f**k up. I just threw the covers away figured it was gonna be charging from USB. Anyways, thank you for this fast response (under a minute!!)

No probs.....I think you can actually purchase a USB charger if you wanted to go completely USB. |
