Brilliant!!
That was well said.
I am a member of a few Forums covering a variety of interests and it never ceases to amaze me how many Dick Heads there are who post the outmost Bullsh*t.
Anyway, as to your question, there are three answers to that:
1. I could get the network to give me the unlock code but they charge a ridiculous amount of money for this. I think it's about £30!!
2. I could go to the many stores that offer this service. They do it for around £10. But as you know there is a risk (small or big depending on your view) that something may go wrong.
3. If I unlock it I will obviously add the cost of unlocking it to the total cost. In which case you may as well unlock it yourself.
In any event, if you are seriously interested I am sure we can come to some arrangement. Just PM me.
Thanks.
P.S.
I have just reduced the price from £75 to £65. [2004-11-10 12:05 GMT]

Actually, I have it. But the flimsy wire design of these is such that the slightest tug on it results in a loose connection inside. My one has a loose connection and is not really useable.
If someone wants it because they can repair it, that's fine; I will supply the headset as well (if I haven't thrown it away).
A further point, this afternoon I was looking at various publications and I was able to gauge what someone could get from the high street or from their network. So with that in mind, I have dropped the price again; this time to £55 (which is good considering you won't get tied to 1 year contract by your network) |

TO EVERYONE Who has sent me a PM or emailed
====================================
Sorry for not getting back to you all quickly but....
I am still using the phone daily so it will take me some time to get all my personal details and data backed up.
Added to that is the fact that I have not had much time to devote to the issue as I have been working like a mad person and have been away from home for most of this weekend.
And to be honest I didn't even expect to get such a lot of responses so quickly (if I thought the response was going to be this good I wouldn't have advertised it until I had the phone data backed up, the phone packaged and and wrapped and waiting for the lucky buyer). I apologise for this lack of thought.
Pictures and additional info will be sent to all those who have emailed me.
Rest assured that the phone is STILL for sale.
Please accept my apologies for delay.
Best wishes

Firstly, PLEASE ALL READ AGAIN (!) THE FIRST POST IN THIS THREAD
THEN THE POST ABOVE THIS ONE.
Now in addition, to those two posts I would like to add this:
I have been asked a "million and one" questions by email and PM, some of which were quite unnecessary.
So let me make it CRYSTAL CLEAR:
There is NOTHING WRONG with the phone EXCEPT the faults that I have already declared in the FIRST post.
This means NOTHING. i.e. that EVERTHING is available, packaging, desk stand, CD etc UNLESS otherwise stated.
The phone may not suit some fussy people as one side of it has some markings/peelings which I WILL show you all in photos by email.
The reason for the low price is as follows: commercial reality (I have to judge what a person can get brand new from their network or on the High Street); there are now two new versions of the phone; problems I have already declared in the first post; it may need to be unlocked by those on networks other than T-Mobile UK.
Best Wishes Everyone
.
.
I willl be in touch with some of you soon.
