Best way to create themes for S700i |

Hi All,
Had my S700i for 4 days and loving it.
I would like to create some themes but am unsure of the way to go about creating the various different parts of the screen.
Can anyone give me some tips ???

you can go to se developer website to download the se theme creator. it is quite easy to use.
