Ear plugs or move!

Have you asked him to keep the noise down?

Make more noise than they do, really early in the morning, and if that doesn't work shag his wife/girlfriend, but only if she's good looking

Make lots of noise at the wrong time! Like early morning 3am or just when he / she has loads of guest in his home. Make sure the noise is not pleasant and that he comes running to you to keep the noise down. Basically there is proverb that you need a thorn to remove a thorn. So give him a taste of his own medicine

Yeah or some really bad music, something loud, put your speakers against the wall facing his place and crank it up, it really works. You're way up on the 20th floor aren't you, someone else must've complained too

Here is the full situation. I moved to this new flat in October. My first week here & All I can hear is shouting, children crying & them flicking the light swith 100 times every night. I complint to them first, but no help. Then i complained to the management. They said that they will put more insulation in my flat. It has now nearly been 9 months & they have done nothing. They also promised to kick out the tennants after thair contract finishes in May, but of course, they didn't.

About making noise back at them....Have tried that, but they just make even more noise back at me. I can never win.

FU*KING BASTARDS. I AM FED UP OF THIS SHIT

Fingers...His wife is not a bit remotley sexy . The thing is that they have a 4 bedroom flat but only live in thae master bedroom for some bizarre reason!!! That's where they make the noise. My master room connects to theirs so I am the only one that can hear them

Mark...I asked this free law advice firm on the net & they said that 'In order to contact the police, you need sufficient evidence'...so what is 'sufficient evidence'

If I tape it, couldn't they say that I made the noises on purpose to record something?

Forgot to mention that they also bang and drag furniture....
