If you use total multi server on the web you will be able to upgrade to R2A003.

First: Multi Server is unofficial solution and you are voiding your warranty
Second: R2AA was removed from EMMA server because of some connection issues so R2L is latest version
Third: Take it to official SE sevice center for upgrade.
Fourth: If you REALLY want to risk and play with your phone use http://www.davinciteam.com/ and not Multi Server

Just for info, I have R2AA approximately fifth week and no problems. So what are THE ISSUES? Velimir? Thanx

I don't have K700 currently with R2AA so I can not confirm that there are issues. It was said that R2AA has some connectivity issues and that new software R2AE is coming in week 43 - which is already gone with the wind!
so it is strange anyway... I don't know... Than someone mentioned that Orange is delivering new K700's with R2Y... A mess...

to me it seems like there is a bit confusion right now... what, when and how? SEUS is killing some phones, scripts in the log are R2AA, software is still R2L. Many unofficial solutions floating around.
SE changed hardware completly in K/S series of phones... for now there are no standalone solutions. the only way to do software updates/changes repairs is Online. All the solutions (official and unofficial) use emmii server and a smart card...
I don't think that most of SE Service Centers can even yet repair for example damaged GDFS area or similar...
But I might be completly wrong

The biggest issue about R2AA is rumor, that says it's bad FW. My theory (confirmed by se serviceman) that R2 was released with mistakes and then immediately rereleased corrected FW with same name. R2Y is orange R2AA. Most of ppl in Slovakia buy new K7's with R2AA without ISSUES. I bought mine with R2L and updated to R2AA. I think I've done well.

So then. For those who claim to have R2AA, what is new in it from R2L? State it in THIS thread. You guys realize that the K700 after all there revisions in firmware is a complete phone save for absence of expandable memory? If only the initial phone was as bugless cause many users got turned off it when they heard or experienced the early flaws. Many switched to rival Motorola e398.
