If You have another capture device take a picture of what your sim card looks like.Or take a picture of your Bluetooth Adapter.
I Have 3 SIM Cards Telecom Mobile(BDA)
Mobility(BDA)
AT&T Wireless(BDA)
Telecom is SIM Card that was relesed in 2000 as you can see the old contacts.
Mobility is a 2002 SIM Card its a more value in the contacts
AT&T Wireless SIM Card is a Late 2003-Early2004 The contacts look simlar to the Telecom SIM
