I've had the phone since it first came out,and just recently started noticing the joystick becoming intactile when used in the downward position.it sometimes requires a forceful pull down to work.anyone else having this problem?it beggars belief, why they discontinued the joystick count status.thanks

@boba...i'm begining to think it's general overuse.i bought my t68i new,and within 5 months,my joystick count is 142103 counts!seems stupid that they omit joystick status nowadays mate.

@k7 yes, the counter was a nice feature. But overuse? I use this t68 since years and the joy works great. Got on this one ca 400k moves, usually prefer keypad if possible, but the proud of se should take a bit more imo. Hope its not a general bug on k7.

Think the best made joy til now, according design and based on my experiences, is the t68. The t630 wasnt the best, cos its top wasnt comfortable. Think the k7 joy cos of the 9 way moves is more sensitive.

This has just started on my K700 on tuesday or something. I had to force the joystick a bit harder in order to move it. Im still having trouble pressing it in to select, laitly I have just been using the "select" button. Its sensitivity changes randomly from time to time and its getting terrible annoying.

So Im not the only one having this kind of problem

My K700 is three weeks old, and since day one "going" DOWN ( )needed just a bit more precision than UP, LEFT or RIGHT....so, I suppose after a while of heavy usage, "DOWN" will be the first to make me trouble....

the t610/t630 joys are the best. the k7 joy is horrible. its too deep inside. feels yuck!. t68 was nice but it kept falling off for my friend.
he replacedit twice but same prob. he got pissed off and stuck it with superglue! now it hardly moves

I've managed to get rid now,so not to worry.that was the only flaw that the k7 had.

As Boba said the joystick of k700 is one of the best imo I have used t610 and t630 but k7's joystick is very smooth and very sensitive and also got 9 way moves.
