Claiming that cellphone makers Sagem and Vitelcom ripped off their phone designs, " TARGET="_blank">Nokia have filed patent infringement lawsuits. So far, the only specific case mentioned is against Sagem’s myX5-2 handset seen here. While the phone does, in fact, look like an old-school Nokia, we find irony in the fact that Nokia’s new phones look a heck of a lot like Sony Ericsson’s T-series phones (snap!). In addition, Nokia is going after Vitelcom for a number of handsets they say are too Nokia-like. C’mon, Nokia, immitation is the highest form of flattery.Just let them see your answers. They’ll be your best friend.

Hope they lose the case and lose a lot of money also!!!!!
Isn't that stupid? It SLIGHTLY resembles a Nokia....
How about a lawsuit from SE towards Nokia for making a phone just like a T610? (NK 3230)

What is Nokia hoping 2 achieve with this? They better have hard evidence - like they caught a Sagem/Vitel spy red-handed - or they might as well forget it.Truth be told, too many phones look alike these days, even from diff manufacturers. Just look at Samsung, NEC, & Moto clamshells.
