They are too expensive and they have NO service, they even don't reply my emails!!! And if you ask them anything like mms, they ask: What is mms?
oh yes, how much do you have to pay for 1 SMS?
i pay 15 eurocent
greetzzzzzz

yeah I'm happy with mine, Orange UK.
SMS's are tariff dependant, on mine its 10p but I can purchase 60 txts for £4 |

An SMS over here costs 2 maltese cents wich is around 5 euro cents.
Since Malta is a small island covereg is very good, the only prob is that technology is always a bit late here since there isn't a lot of demand for it ( I guess) . On the other hand GPRS is offered for free as it is still on a trial basis - since aprox November 2001
Well I really can't complain

Im on Voda UK via Voda Retail and i think their service standards are dropping. They have never been that cheap but always had excellent service and always the first with new technology but now im losing my faith after 7 years. May switch soon. Ed

I have abonnement, but with Pay & Go, you get sometimes and it's often, 20% more if you recharge your card with, for example, bancontact. With abonnement it's cheaper but you have to pay your subscription, Pay&Go is better because of the reductions.
In conclusion: if you use alot your phone take an Abo and if you not take Pay&Go, it's more cheaper in this case then
Sorry for my english |

Vodafone UK. Whilst I'm pretty happy with the network coverage, my Vodafone provider, Singlepoint, is a total piece of crap. They are one of the biggest Voda providers in the UK, yet they won't support GPRS (because their billing system can't bill per amount of data transferred) until November! That's over a year after the Vodafone network started supporting GPRS! I don't even want to know about MMS. Luckily, my contract runs out in November, so unless they offer me a damn good GPRS deal, I'm switching to someone else. |

Right now, I'm with Cingular Wireless, and I'm somewhat disappointed with the way they handle things, from lousy tech support, to continuously changing the rate plans to even worst rates (Luckily, I didn't end up with there new plan).
Network coverage on the other hand is excellent with Cingular, same with GPRS.

I'm happy with my IM-3 Operator (www.indosat-m3.com), the first operator in Indonesia that supports GPRS |

I'm with Genie and its the best provider i've used. Its pay as you go, i get unlimited wap and 300 free texts a month! All they ask is i put £10 a month on as credit which i can use for ringing people with. I get great coverage everywhere in the uk even in underground carparks.
Only draw back is the 3kb limited download via wap but that isn't really a problem as most things downloaded are 3kb or less. I can send the biggest picture size via email (lycos) for free without hassle )
So why haven't the rest of you got one? (uk) |
