Im having problems uploading games, i have loads of jar, jad and mpn files and im unsure what to do with them. i can upload pics, themes and sounds with no problems. ive been transferring files through the file manager connected with a dcu 11 cable

SE File manager is sh*t. FMA is ten times faster, has more options and can upload games.

btw mophun games dont work with k700 .

just trying fma but it still doesnt show the games folder. im all confused

It wont show the games folder. Just click Action->Upload and select the .jar file. It will do the rest.
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence of your attempt !!

i use the belkin bluetooth adapter and i have never had probs with it (even sending games)
