E-Mail client workaround? |

To use the built-in E-Mail client on a \"normal\" Sony Ericsson cell phone (ie. Anything except UIQ), one must use an Internet Access Point (often called \"Internet GPRS\") rather than a standard WAP Access Point (\"normal\" GPRS)...
Unfortunately, NONE of Australia's networks or service providers allows their pre-paid/pay & go customers to utilize an Internet Access Point (\"Internet GPRS\")!
Does anyone know a workaround so that I can use the built-in E-Mail client with a WAP Access Point (\"normal\" GPRS)?

Softhome.net? Is that an Internet site or a mobile Internet (WAP) site? It's no use to me if it's an Internet site- I don't own a PC or have regular Internet access...

The E-Mail client would be useful for work because I rely heavily on E-Mail and I could set my phone to check for E-Mails every 15-30 minutes (if I can get it to work of course)... And yes, my network offers an E-Mail service, but it's through their mobile Internet (WAP) site, so if I wanna check my E-Mail, I have to open my browser, then go to the correct page (it's about 3 pages deep) and THEN open each of the messages, each one of which is spread across 2 more pages!

What's the mobile Internet (WAP) address for Softhome.net? If you look at my initial post, you will see that I DO use a Sony Ericsson, I use a Sony Ericsson F500i... I just happen to have TWO phones (my other phone is an O2 Xphone)!
