Hey

I have just upgraded my old T68i to a K700i and I'm a little dissapointed with two things regarding how it works with my old HBH-200.

First of all there is an annoying 1-2 sec delay when answering calls with the headset. I have upgraded to the latest firmware but its still there.

Second the battery life of the headset is a disaster, I only get ca 3 hours standby tops. With the T68 it lasts for almost two working days. The difference is that on the K700 its BT on or off only but the T68 had the auto mode which put BT in standby until there was an incoming call, of course you loose the ability to call from the headset but I prefer battery life.

Am I missing some setting or is it time to buy a HBH-300?

I am getting exactly the same battery life issue with the K700i and HBH-200. About 3 hours before the headset battery dies. The headset display shows the bluetooth connection symbol constantly (bluetooth symbol with a crescent over the top).

I also upgraded from T68i to K700i and was getting a couple of days use with T68i and HBH-200.

Anyone out there with any suggestions/help?

Hi all,

I have the same problem with an HBH-200 connected to a Z1010. With T39m and T68i it works perfectly, but those phones do not keep the connection to the headset alive...

Any suggestion?

Sony Ericssons phones with 65K and 262K screens disconnect from bluetooth devices when the device is not in use. This is to extend the battery life in the handset because the screens drain the battery so much. Same problem with delay in Bluetooth carkits. I'm using a BT headset with K700i (R2AE033) and it has delay also.
